2025 Design Trends: Analyzing 86 Predictions from 10 Creative Giants

It’s 2025, and once again, we’re exploring predictions for the year ahead. Most global design brands have already released their forecasts, making it the perfect time to synthesize them and examine the trends from multiple perspectives.

This year, I analyzed a total of 86 trends (x3 times more than the previous year), combining predictions from 10 companies, including Adobe, Behance, Depositphotos, Canva, Creative Boom, Envato, Pinterest, WIX, and Webflow.

The 10th organization, Awwwards — a renowned host of web design competitions and conferences across Europe and the United States — deserves special mention. Why? The reason is, that I set out to examine how many of the 2025 trends were already emerging in 2024, using the “Site of the Year” nominees (40 in total) from Awwwards as a benchmark.

Trends Overview

All the reviewed trends, depending on the source, highlighted emerging trends of visual design (53% of all trend predictions), colors (7%), and even web technologies(17%). Moreover, they also cover:
